  Have tried the place three times and all three times the food has been a problem with bad service. The first time I ordered the chicken fried steak and received a steak that not only was raw but the only coating was floor, which was raw. The cream sauce was the worse I have ever tasted and the apetizer I ordered was plain chicken wings you can buy frozen at any grocery store that has no flavor. Second time I ordered the steak fingers and I got the the salad right off and two minutes into eating my salad here came the steak fingers, not only were they dry, the fries were cold but I was hungry and just ate the meal, but it was hard especially when you know the meal you just got was heated in a microwave because it was probably cooked for someone else who changed there mind and sat in the kitchen until someone else orders it because it takes longer than two minutes to cook fries in a deep fryer. Both meals was suppose to come with a dinner roll, never got one with any meal.
  Was just out there for the third and final time on 9/25/16 and ordered the steak fingers again, when I finally got them the fries were cold as was the steak fingers. I finally had enough, I told the waitress to take the basket away and to take it off the ticket. My mother and sister was with me along with other family members as we were trying to celebrate my daughters 22nd birthday. Everyone's meal had something wrong with it, from cold mashed potatoes, fried chicken that was as hard as rocks to dinner rolls that could have been used as hockey pucks. When complaints were said to the waitress instead of trying to make things right, she gave excuses of the meals such as; the mashed potatoes were hot because they were sitting under the hot lamps until everything else was made, to we have to cook the chicken longer because people have been complaining that the chicken was raw, never once did the waitress try to correct the problem by offering to replace the meal or take it off the check.
  For the prices you pay out there I expect that type of service. For example you pay $13.95 for steak fingers, fries and a salad, I expect juicy steak, crispy fries and service with a smile, not cold food and excuses.
  I do not suggest anyone to eat at this cafe, and yes I say cafe because of the quality of food and service. Two people can easily spend $50 including appetizers and it is definitely not worth your time and money. Usually when you drop $50 for a meal you want to be able to say, it was worth it, the food and service will never be worth it. Personally I would not even give it one star, but the system requires at least one star, to bad because it does not deserve a star. I will never go there again.

  We stopped here to eat coming from Worland to Thermopolis for a late lunch and the food and the service was awesome. The restaurant was super clean and the server/maybe manager was very attentive and friendly. Our party of 4 ordered a mix of burgers, the special-a catfish po-boy, jalapeno poppers and a salad. The burgers were huge and made to order, the catfish was fried perfectly and the jalapeno poppers were not too greasy. All in all, the food was delicious, the service was great and we'll definitely be back here again!

  Dinner was tasty! Hot Hamburger was what we had. Big beef patty with plenty of good brown gravy. Yum! The place is clean and the folks are friendly. About halfway between Worland and Thermopolis. Call first before going. They have winter and summer hours.
